How to use Noiselezz® 

Fold the Noiselezz device as shown in the diagram and place it in the mouth with the short side to the top. Adjust so as the teeth fit into the tracks of the device and you are ready for a great night's sleep. What the device is actually doing is moving your bottom jaw forward which causes the airways to open further thus stopping the snoring. (see below)
